meditation... no sleep but no results again

Tried 20 minute meditation... this time I tried a method I learned on youtube to sit in a meditation position like you see the buddhist monk sits, and placing your hand together connecting your thumb and feeling the breath coming in/out of your stomach and concentrating on the breath only, resulting in my mind to be clear and dropped lower to where I am concentrating...

OK... that part kind of worked... but nothing happened yet, some websites and readings say it takes 10 minutes to get into the meditative state, so 20 minutes was maybe not enough... meh it was already 1:30AM and didn't want to overdo it and sleep again.

Gonna try over this weekend...
