ISC Center - Website changes

Finally brought the dang memory card! Gonna work on the site today first to be safe using the section they haven't touched yet to see if the layout all fits in... then onto the main stuff... gonna be a fun day!

... EDIT... struggling with CSS. + Wife said it looks like my other website design... therefore... gonna stop the change for now... need to come up with little more originality for this one, either way learned new stuff and learned transparency (opacity) in CSS is hard to use with blogger... or it's just me fucking it up...

More tests needed... fun stuff either way.
